Returns and Cancellations:
Complete this form to request a return, exchange or cancellation.
The Green Mom Company is happy to refund your payment for products that are returned in the original, undamaged packaging, within 30 days of purchase. For all returns, please complete our online Returns and Exchanges form (below) and we will automatically send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and RMA Number.
When you receive our Return email reply, simply print and complete the RMA Form and include a copy of your invoice and any returned merchandise.
Damages are rare. However, if your product is damaged in shipping, do not discard any packing materials. Please use the below form to notify The Green Mom Company right away so we can file a claim and make arrangements for the damaged shipment to be picked up. Your product(s) will be replaced or a full refund issued. If your order was received in error please fill out the below form and select “item(s) received in error” and follow the steps below.
To return an item:
- Pack the item securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for the condition of the items as they are being shipped back, so please make sure they are well padded and fully secure.
- Please include completed RMA (RMA Form sent to you after submitting below Return Request) and a copy of your invoice.
- Returns will be reviewed once received for damage or use and refunds will be issued on qualifying merchandise, less shipping.
- Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.)
- Return address can be found on RMA form
Cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the original order or before shipping, whichever is earlier; Cancellations must be received in writing via email to email@example.com
